1. Who we are and acceptance
Trading Venture Club ("TVC", "we", "us") operates tradingventureclub.com, the TVC Fusion terminal, our Telegram channels, e-books and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using any of the Services, buying a product or joining the community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Education only, no financial advice
All content, including e-books, checklists, posts, Telegram messages, terminal output, bot signals, backtests and paper-trading results, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we publish is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any crypto-asset or financial instrument. We do not take into account your objectives, finances or needs. We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker, dealer or crypto-asset service provider in any jurisdiction. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you should consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading crypto-assets carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Prices are extremely volatile, markets may be illiquid or manipulated, and exchanges, wallets and protocols can fail or be hacked. Leverage magnifies losses. Past performance, simulated or paper-trading results and backtests do not guarantee future results, and live results may differ materially. Only risk money you can afford to lose.
4. No custody, no account management
We never hold, manage or have access to your funds, exchange accounts, API keys with withdrawal rights, or private keys, and we never trade on your behalf. Any automated tool or bot you run, you run on your own account, under your own settings and at your own risk. Never share private keys or withdrawal-enabled API keys with anyone, including anyone claiming to be us.
5. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a resident or national of, a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions (including those administered by the UN, EU, UK, US or UAE), or if you appear on any sanctions list. You are solely responsible for making sure that accessing the Services and trading crypto-assets is legal where you are. We may restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the Services lawfully, not hack, scrape, overload or disrupt the Services, not impersonate us or others, and respect other community members. We may suspend or end your access at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you broke these Terms or the law.
7. Purchases, digital products and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Digital products (e-books, PDFs and similar) are delivered immediately after payment through our payment provider. By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. If a file is faulty or does not open, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. Subscriptions, if offered, renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time for the next billing period. Payments are processed by third parties (such as Payhip and Stripe/PayPal) under their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content, materials, software, logos and trademarks of TVC belong to us or our licensors. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own use only. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, redistribute signals from, or train AI models on our content without our prior written consent.
9. Third-party services
The Services may link to or rely on third parties, including exchanges, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, TradingView, Payhip and payment processors. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, fees or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Data, prices, signals and terminal output may be delayed, wrong or interrupted. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TVC and its owner, team, partners and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, trading losses, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to the Services or any content, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVC and its owner and team from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading decisions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Testimonials and results
Any testimonials, interviews or results shown are individual experiences and are not typical or a promise of results. Published TVC Fusion results are paper-trading results unless clearly stated otherwise.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to mal@tradingventureclub.com.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to collect anonymised, aggregated statistics about visits, such as pages viewed and clicks on e-book, checklist and booking links. Analytics cookies are set only after you click "Accept"; until then they stay off (Google Consent Mode, all storage denied by default). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
15. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, and update these Terms, at any time. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Before starting any proceedings, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, and must be filed within one year after the claim arose. If you are a consumer, this does not take away mandatory protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.
17. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If there is a conflict between language versions, the English version prevails. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
